I finally managed to finish two of my recommended university tasks. The Mexico essay is done and was send on Sunday this week. The other one was a little task for one week. We have this so called 'Stegreif Entwürfe' (impromptu designs). There we had to develop a layout for a brickstone guide through Wismar. Today was the final day and usually we do a little presentation..but unfortunately the professor got ill this morning and so we just handed it in. Nice. I hope he likes mine. I need some good grades in it.
To be able to attend the bachelor thesis we need to pass three impromptu designs, seven elective courses and three design developments. I now have 2 impromptu desgins, 4 elective courses (I'm participating in three this semester and have to pass them all) and this semester we have this Mexico design development. Just for understanding.
This past weekend I drove to Schwerin on Saturday, to visit my Grandparents. My Grandpa turned 89 last Thursday so we celebrated a little bit and went into a really good restaurant to get some really good food. I told them a lot about my three months in Seattle and we had a look on my pictures.
Back in Wismar Caroline and Robert (James was living with Robert when he was in Germany for those who know him) started a new cooking event group.
After a short while Caro and Robert brought the dessertin.
Wow, there was browny cake, citrus whipped cream arranged with vanilla ice cream and red pepper berry with a piece of choclate which had chalapeno flavour. Yes, what to say.... I wanted to bake pizza when it is my turn! I can totally forget that.
It was really nice to stay there the whole evening. I met all my Wismar friends finally and we had a nice chat and wine and we played some phsycho games.
Sunday itself just contained work, work and some food, then work again...
Pictures are going to come
